Birketts has been named ‘Corporate Law Firm of the Year’ at the Insider Media Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2016.
During the last year, Birketts’ Corporate Services Division has advised on a number of notable transactions, including Palletforce on its £30m sale to an international private equity firm, the Medisafe Group on its £27m sale to US-based Steris and John Henry Group on the £23.3m investment in the business by Growth Capital Partners.
