Hello, welcome to the EWIF news for the month of May. We’ve been extra busy here, in what has been an incredibly hectic month! But all our hard work has paid off as yesterday we held the 7th Annual NatWest EWIF Awards ceremony to great success. We’d like to thank to everyone who has contributed, to help us host an event to remember!
On Monday 15th, we had the EWIF pre-awards reception which was great fun, it was a joyful and friendly atmosphere for fellow like-minded professionals to network and enjoy before the main event! The day after, was the day of the awards ceremony.
The awards ceremony went down without a hitch, and was truly a magical day for all those involved. A special thank-you to our guest speaker for the event Melody Hossaini, for providing us with a truly inspiring speech and excellent insights into women within the workplace.

NEW REGIONAL CHAIRS:
Now for two exciting pieces of news regarding out regional meetings! As you may or may not know, we were searching for a new EWIF regional chair for the North West region – we’re proud to announce that James Kind of NatWest will be taking over as the EWIF North West regional chair!
As well as this, we are introducing an entirely new EWIF region in the form of EWIF North East! Taking up the mantle of EWIF North East regional chair will be Angela Sterling of Lingotot.
With the introduction of this new region, we add further coverage to ground covered around England, making it easier for those who may not have previously lived near an EWIF regional meeting area to attend!
