Through the Get Ahead franchise model, you’ll become the Regional Director of your own branch of Get Ahead. You’ll be a business owner in your own right, with full control over your business but benefitting from being part of an established, award-winning and profitable brand.
You’ll become a key player in Get Ahead’s supportive team. You’ll regularly meet with the franchise owner, Rebecca, who is a passionate advocate for all of her Regional Directors. You’ll be given ongoing training and mentoring to build the skills to network and build your client base.
Franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds – HR, marketing, project management and senior management. They all have experience of running teams and are hugely supportive of each other. They are involved in the recruitment process of new franchisees, it’s essential that our ‘newbies’ fit well within the growing team.
