EWiF Regional Meetings bring together our community of members from across the UK to share ideas, build connections, and inspire more women into franchising. Open to all EWiF members (women and men) and women interested in learning more about franchising, these friendly, welcoming events are the heart of our mission, where collaboration turns into action.

About the meetings

Each region creates its own agenda, featuring inspiring discussions, expert guest speakers, and plenty of opportunities to connect and collaborate. These meetings are vibrant, engaging, and fun. The perfect place to make connections, share ideas, and feel part of a supportive community championing equality and opportunity in franchising.

You’re welcome to attend meetings in any region, not just your local one. Each group has its own energy and focus , so why not visit a few and build even more connections!

Who can attend

Our Regional Meetings are open to:

  • All EWiF Members, women and men alike.
  • People interested in finding out more about EWiF, our mission and membership
  • Women who are interested in learning more about franchising.

Whether you’re already part of EWiF or just starting to explore franchising, you’re very welcome to join us. Everyone plays an important role in helping more women succeed in franchising, and our meetings are a great way to get inspired, get involved, and connect with like-minded professionals.

EWiF Regional Meetings are free for all EWiF members. If you’re new to EWiF and attending your first meeting, this is completely free too, giving you the perfect opportunity to discover what we do and experience our welcoming community. There are no hidden fees, and there’s no obligation to join our membership should it not be the right fit for you.

What to expect and how to book

Each regional meeting has its own unique style, but you can look forward to:

  • Inspiring guest speakers chosen by local Ambassadors

  • Open discussions on franchising, business growth, and women’s empowerment

  • Networking and collaboration with supportive peers

  • A friendly, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to join in. If it’s your first meeting, don’t worry — you’ll be made to feel right at home!

To join a meeting, simply click on the green Register button above of the event you want to attend and register via Eventbrite. This helps us plan the session, ensure enough space, and make sure everyone has a great experience. Once registered, you’ll receive all the details you need to attend.

Feeling nervous or not sure if a meeting is for you?

We understand it can feel a little daunting to attend something new, but our community is genuinely warm and supportive. If you’re feeling unsure, you can reach out to your Regional Chair beforehand. They’ll be delighted to introduce themselves and help you feel comfortable before the meeting.

Bring-a-buddy

We’re inviting our Ambassadors to bring along a ‘buddy’ to any EWiF meeting, giving them a firsthand look at what we’re all about. By expanding our inspiring network of EWiF Ambassadors, we aim to encourage more women to step into franchising. Connecting your friends to this industry could open new opportunities for their businesses or even introduce services that benefit our community. And if your buddy joins EWiF, you could earn the title of EWiF Ambassador of the Month!

Think about your network—who could bring value to the franchise community, or who might find inspiration and growth through franchising? Invite them to the next meeting in your region! Imagine the impact if each of us brought just one person, creating a ripple effect as they invite others. Together, we can expand EWiF’s influence and reach even further!
