Wolf Recruitment Group Franchises Ltd is a multi-disciplinary recruitment agency specialising in both the Health and Social Care and Education industry supplying both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

Wolf was founded April 2019 as a recruitment agency, but with big ambitions to grow the brand and expand, we diversified in to franchising to partner with like- minded entrepreneurs.

The franchise business was launched in May 2020 with the support of a franchise consultancy. We have had some great successes with some of our franchises who we still collaborate closely with on a daily basis to promote growth within our industry.

Wolf are wanting to expand within the franchising industry so increase market coverage, thus offering a better service to our customers and raise brand awareness whilst also maintaining some internal branches so ensure we also are in touch with the market changes and how to over come them to support our franchises in the most appropriate manner.

Wolf are an innovative, forward thinking company that has kept up to date with market trends and developments and have implemented a highly complex but stream lined CRM software that utilises Artificial Intelligence as we had the ambition to decrease administration within the business by 60% (with it being such a highly regulated industry) to allow people to focus on ‘keeping the main thing the main thing’ which is building relationships, onboarding new customers and focusing on candidate attraction and retention.
