Claire Boscq-Scott launched The Busy Queen Bee six years ago and since then she has created a huge buzz in the Channel Islands.

The customer services expert provides secret shopper experiences for her clients, as well as networking opportunities and events – and has even published her own book online.

‘I love everything about what I do in my role as The Busy Queen Bee,’ said the mum of two and entrepreneur.

‘I am so proud of what I, and my busy bees, have achieved in just six years of business. We are now mystery shopping for over 40 companies in four islands, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. With 80 professionally trained mystery shoppers.’

Ms Boscq-Scott, who moved to Jersey from France in 1990, was recently awarded IoD winner of the Jersey Director for the Year awards 2014.

She is also a board member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA).

Her networking events, Speed Buzzing with The Busy Queen Bee, have expended rapidly and she now caters to the Guernsey market, as well as Jersey.

‘There truly is a buzz about town when we have our speed networking events in the islands. We have drop-in sessions for people that want to come along and have a group conversation over coffee and we also have our speed buzzing events, which are more energetic and great fun. We have helped hundreds of people to get connected – and expand their network!’
