In 2017, Ali was appointed the swimming coach for Aptaclub, sharing aquatic exercise videos and advice for pregnant ladies. This was a huge honour, as there are only four coaches (and only one swimming coach) and it involved a huge amount of work prior to being recruited, then preparing all the documentation and filming.
In the same year, Ali formed two new partnerships and continued a third. She formed a partnership with the National Deaf Children’s Society and with Adoption Matters. All 300+ teachers are now trained in both the deaf awareness, and attachment awareness.
