Wagging Tails has continued its impressive growth as results to the end of their third quarter (September 2016 – May 2017) showed network bookings up by over 20% year on year with what is typically the company’s busiest period across the summer still to come.
In 2017 Wagging Tails have added three new franchisees to their network with branches launching in Cardiff, Brighton and Peterborough whilst the existing franchisees have successfully continued a pattern of growth that has seen Wagging Tails more than double in size since 2014.
Speaking about her decision to join Wagging Tails, Cardiff Franchisee Rhian Sexton said,
“I decided to join Wagging Tails as I was looking for a complete change of career, moving away from clothing retail, where I could incorporate my dog Daisy. My experience of having had to use kennels for Daisy and the negative impact it had on my holiday led me to Wagging Tails as I can fully understand the need and demand for this service amongst dog owners in South Wales.”
Caroline Harrison, who recently completed her sixth year as a Wagging Tails franchisee running the Southampton area added,
“I don’t know where the time has gone! Working as part of Wagging Tails has been fantastic and I am looking forward to more of the same over the coming years.”
Alongside the growth of the business Wagging Tails has now also raised over £10,000 for the charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People since partnering with them in January 2014. Director Jim Suswain was suitably happy at the progress being made,
“It has been fantastic to welcome three new franchisees into our family and great to see the existing network continue to develop so successfully this year.
Being able to use this success to help such a great charity as Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, who make such a positive impact on people suffering from hearing loss, has been incredibly satisfying and we are so grateful to our dog owners for their contribution to this cause.”
Wagging Tails offers a home based franchise opportunity for dog owners looking to run their own business. This business would suit dog lovers from any background interested in working from home and running a business that is focussed on the welfare and love of dogs.
