As Co-Founder and CEO, Sarah’s always led a life within care, boasting over 35 years of experience within the industry. She has championed the brand’s operations for many years and has won many awards for her incredible passion and dedication. Alongside her husband Manual, and children, Yasmine, Jonathan and Giles), CareYourWay now stands as one of the UK’s leading franchise opportunities and upcoming home care brands, after being crowned winners of the Emerging Franchisor of the Year at the 2025 BFA x HSBC UK British Franchise Awards. Today, its leadership team supports the brand’s nationwide franchise network to continue their mission of transforming lives through outstanding care, one home, one family and one person at a time.

Since the birth of the CareYourWay Franchise in 2021, the brand is now rapidly expanding across the nation, bringing its bespoke, person-centred care to more communities to help those in need thrive at home on their terms, promoting independence and a happy, safe and healthy way of living.
