Flourish with Deborah Ltd is an award recognised wellbeing company specialising in women’s health, menopause support, nervous system regulation, and innovative wellness experiences. Founded by Deborah Cunningham in 2025 following her own experience of surgical menopause at the age of 36, the business was created to provide practical, evidence informed support for women navigating peri menopause, menopause and post menopause.

The company delivers a unique blend of coaching, education and wellbeing services, including menopause coaching, guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing and the trademarked Flourish Floating Soundbath® experience.

Within its first year, Flourish with Deborah expanded across multiple locations throughout Scotland, supporting thousands of women through workshops, classes, retreats, corporate wellbeing programmes and community events. Our Mission To help women regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves and flourish through every stage of midlife.

Franchise Vision

Flourish with Deborah is currently developing a scalable franchise model centred around the Flourish Floating Soundbath® experience and the wider Flourish Method®. The vision is to create a network of franchise partners across the UK who can deliver high quality wellbeing experiences within leisure centres, hotels and wellness venues, while maintaining the company’s commitment to safety, quality and exceptional customer experience. The franchise model has been designed to provide partners with a proven operating system, comprehensive training and ongoing support, enabling them to build successful wellbeing businesses within their local communities.
