Kimberley Lawler is the founder of Re:Set Focus, a strategic business and sales consultancy helping ambitious founders build profitable, scalable businesses without sacrificing the life they set out to create.
With a degree in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship and over 15 years’ experience in sales, leadership and business growth, Kim’s journey has been shaped by both commercial success and personal resilience. Having co-founded and scaled a sales agency in Western Australia, where she recruited, trained and led a team of 30 sales contractors, she developed a deep understanding of the systems, behaviours and structures that create sustainable sales success.
Following her return to the UK, Kim rebuilt her career and launched Re:Set Focus in 2021. Since then, she has supported more than 100 founders to strengthen their sales infrastructure, improve commercial decision-making and create businesses that provide both financial success and personal freedom.
A former franchisee herself, Kim has a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with operating within a franchise model. Today, she coaches inside five franchise networks, supporting franchisees to adopt a more professional, structured and measurable approach to business development. Her work helps them build confidence in sales, focus on income-producing activity and create repeatable processes that accelerate growth.
Kim believes great sales should never rely on personality, luck or pressure. Instead, she helps businesses, including franchisors, develop clear sales strategies, measurable KPIs and repeatable systems that transform sales into a predictable engine for growth.
