There’s magic in a moment – and Musical Moments has just been nationally recognised for creating them.
Musical Moments, a beloved provider of interactive music sessions for care homes and communities across the UK, has been awarded the top prize in the “Activity, Leisure and Entertainment” category at the prestigious Care Sector Supplier Awards 2025.
The awards ceremony, held at the Marriott Hotel in London’s Canary Wharf, was a heart warming celebration of those who make a real difference in the care sector. For Musical Moments, the night was a proud milestone — a moment to pause, smile, and celebrate the countless connections they’ve nurtured through music.

Since day one, Musical Moments has believed that music is more than entertainment — it’s a bridge to memory, emotion, and community. Their sessions, tailored for older adults and those living with dementia, gently unlock hidden smiles, laughter, and even words long thought forgotten. Whether it’s a quiet singalong that stirs old memories or a lively musical gathering that gets everyone clapping along, each session is crafted to create real, meaningful moments of happiness.
This national recognition also honours the incredible network of franchisees and teams who deliver these experiences across the UK. It’s their passion, personal connection, and deep care that breathe life into every Musical Moments session.
Musical Moments owner joined Musical Moments in York in 2019 as a franchisee. During the pandemic Maggie bought out the business which was going to potentially fold with just 3 active franchisees (herself included)remaining. We’ve worked so hard to rebuild and now have 15 franchisees across the UK and are BFA expanding members.
