A CIPD-qualified HR Manager, Hazel is highly skilled in people management and training and development, with exceptional coaching and counselling skills. Having worked in a cross-functional role leading both Marketing and HR at a global engineering company, Hazel also brings significant expertise in Marketing Management, Business Planning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Event Management.

Looking for a new challenge, Hazel first came across Get Ahead on LinkedIn. “A post about a quiz to discover if running your own virtual outsourcing agency could be the right next step caught my eye, and I decided to complete it. I had been looking for a new opportunity for a while but hadn’t found the right solution. Though I enjoyed my charity HR management role, I wanted to do something different.

I considered setting up my own HR Consulting firm, but the Get Ahead opportunity attracted me as it gave me the scope to do that and much more. The franchise is incredibly flexible, and joining an established franchise fills me with confidence. I know I could set up independently, but by joining the Get Ahead team, I have all the marketing and support I need.”

Over the next few months, Hazel looks forward to networking and building connections with many local businesses across Kent, including Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, and Sevenoaks.
