One of the UK’s top 100 franchise opportunities, Radfield Home Care has continued to capitalise on its successful start to the year with two further franchise partners joining its ever-growing network and preparing to launch their new home care businesses in the coming weeks.

Radfield Home Care Chichester & Bognor Regis franchise partners, Steve and Sandie Parker were joined by Tola and Kunbi Taiwo, who will be operating the Liverpool South territory, for their first five day franchise training week at the end of January, kickstarting their new business venture in the highly rewarding home care sector.

Both husband and wife teams have joined with a combined experience in both the corporate and healthcare worlds, with Sandie and Kunbi joining with years of experience as a nurse and GP, respectively, and Steve and Tola are both leaving behind careers in the corporate world.

“We have been looking at the home care sector for a long time and decided Radfield was the right opportunity for us because of their family values. Myself and my Kunbi will be managing the business together, so these values are important to us and echo what we want to achieve,” explained Tola.

“Kunbi’s experience as a GP is naturally an advantage in this sector and we’re excited to combine her sector knowledge with my background as a business analyst to generate a high quality, efficient and successful home care business for our local community.”

Steve and Sandie also related to Radfield’s family values and were eager to start their own business together, utilising their diverse range of skills too: “Following my redundancy, Sandie and I shared a vision of working together and combining my business experience with Sandie’s fourty years working in healthcare as a nurse. This combination of skills, twinned with the UK’s ageing population meant a home care franchise was a natural choice for us”, explained Steve.

“We chose Radfield Home Care as it is already proven to be a successful business model with an excellent reputation. It is also family owned and they pride themselves on their core family values which are incorporated into their business. Home care is in increasing demand and we will feel proud to provide services in our area using the high quality Radfield Home Care brand.”

Now they have completed their core training week, Radfield’s franchise support team is now working alongside them to generate their pre-launch marketing campaigns, source offices, recruit Registered Care Managers and achieve Care Quality Commission registration. Once this is complete, they will be set to launch their business with their first clients and home care assistants already onboard.

Liverpool South and Chichester & Bognor Regis follow in Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Buckinghamshire’s footsteps, who joined the Radfield network just a few weeks ago at the start of the 2019 – meaning three new franchise partners have joined the award-winning home care franchise so far this year already.
