The EWiF Awards celebrate the incredible women who are shaping, leading and inspiring the franchising sector. From franchisees and franchisors to suppliers and industry leaders, these awards shine a spotlight on the passion, innovation and impact women bring to franchising every day.
One of the things that makes the EWiF Awards so special is their purpose: not just to celebrate achievements, but to inspire more women to see franchising as a viable, rewarding and empowering career path. By showcasing real role models and success stories, we hope to encourage even more women to step forward with confidence.
Winners will be chosen by an independent panel of experienced industry judges and announced at a very special awards ceremony on 20 May 2026. This year’s ceremony will be held as a joint event with the British Franchise Association’s Encouraging Women into Business (EWIB) event, bringing together an amazing community of supporters, advocates and changemakers from across franchising.
