PerCurra Franchising Ltd is delighted to announce that two of its established franchise owners, Olivia Newcombe and Monica Maparanyanga, have each signed new 10-year franchise agreements, reaffirming their commitment to delivering high-quality home care services within their local communities

The agreements mark significant milestones for both franchisees and demonstrate their confidence in the PerCurra network, as well as their dedication to supporting people who wish to remain independent in their own homes.

Olivia Newcombe, owner of PerCurra North Nottinghamshire, first became a franchisee in 2021 after spending more than a decade working within PerCurra’s flagship branch in West Bridgford. During her career with the organisation, she progressed from Care Assistant to a range of senior operational roles including Field Care Supervisor, Care Co-ordinator and Acting Care Manager before launching her own successful franchise.

Since establishing PerCurra North Nottinghamshire, Olivia has built a strong reputation for delivering compassionate, person-centred care while creating a supportive environment for both clients and care professionals.

Meanwhile, Monica Maparanyanga, owner of PerCurra North Northamptonshire, has also committed to a further decade with the PerCurra network. Since joining the organisation, Monica has established a respected local care service supporting people across Northamptonshire and Rutland, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life through personalised care and support.

Gill Heppell, CEO of PerCurra Franchising Ltd, congratulated both franchisees on this important achievement. She said: “Both Olivia and Monica are outstanding examples of what can be achieved through dedication, professionalism and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care. They have each built highly respected businesses that make a significant difference within their local communities. We are delighted that they have chosen to continue their partnership with PerCurra and look forward to supporting their ongoing success over the next decade.”

The new agreements reflect the strength of the relationship between PerCurra Franchising Ltd and its franchise network, as well as a shared commitment to providing compassionate, reliable and person-centred home care services. As demand for care at home continues to grow, experienced franchise owners such as Olivia and Monica play a vital role in helping more people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes
