2023 is proving to be another fantastic year for one of the UK’s fastest growing care franchises. With demand continuing to grow and grow in the UK, the care sector is welcoming talented individuals who can take SylvianCare’s established business model and create something that really delivers – not just for them, but for those who most need it in their communities.

As the demand for quality care services continues to soar, more and more entrepreneurs are turning to SylvianCare’s proven business model for success. These talented individuals are not only achieving their own personal goals, but also making a positive impact on their local communities. Since the beginning of the year, three new SylvianCare franchises have already received their CQC registration, paving the way for them to offer much-needed services to those who need them most.

Bukola, Oyesola, and Adenike – SylvianCare Wolverhampton

Bukola and her team bring a wealth of experience, passion, and qualifications to the table, which will add significant value to the franchise. For them, the SylvianCare franchise really hit all the marks when it came to the most important questions they had such as funding, training and recruitment.

Bukola will shortly complete her franchisee induction course at SylvianCare’s Head Office in Wokingham and work with the franchise support team to recruit a Registered Manager and local care team to offer services in their local area.

Jason & Justyna – SylvianCare Kingston

With backgrounds in managing residential, nursing and domiciliary care operations, Jason & Justyna were naturally drawn to SylvianCare as a leading provider of safe and effective home care services in the UK, Jason will manage operations while Justyna will provide back-office support.

Jason, who is also the Registered Manager and Nominated individual for the location, will soon build a team of care workers to carry out regular care visits. We look forward to supporting them on their journey with them and supporting them to grow their business.

Jerry & Alisha – SylvianCare South Gloucester

The proud owners of this new location are a power couple with years of experience in the nursing field as mental health nurses. One of the main reasons they were drawn to SylvianCare is that we are grounded in the realities of the UK care system, especially the challenges in finding and retaining quality carers.

We’ve created a designated recruitment team solely focused on recruiting staff from overseas and understand the challenges that carers face when they come to the UK to work and have toadapt to a new culture and different work environments.

Just the beginning of another great year!

SylvianCare’s presence continues to spread nationwide with even more new offices opening soon in Harrow, Farnham and Bristol.
