Rewarding franchisee growth has been part of the ethos of a Dragons’ Den backed theatre school since it first started franchising. Now in its twenty second year, the multi-award-winning franchisor has announced the launch of another huge opportunity to support ambitious franchisees.

Razzamataz Theatre Schools is delighted to launch the Razzamataz All Stars Academy, an exciting initiative to grow the network further and give franchisees exclusive access to high-profile coaches and special events and incentives.

The service to local communities that Razzamataz offers is more important now than ever before. The supporting and nurturing environments changes young people’s lives and gives them something positive to focus on that will be beneficial for both their mental and physical health.

As a network, Razzamataz has ambitious plans to increase the student intake across the UK and create more Razzamataz schools to further build the brand. The team are committed to leaving a legacy and creating opportunities for students, teachers, and young people to either work in the performing arts industry or build their confidence to pursue whatever path they dream of.

Each year, Razzamataz invites several franchisees to join the Razzamataz All Stars Academy, based on their growth and consistent ‘can do’ attitude. The idea of the club is to massively grow awareness with the aim to double the network within ten years.

“The pandemic has highlighted just how important participation in the arts and exercise is for both mental and physical health and we know from feedback, just how much Razzamataz means to our students and their families,” says Denise Hutton-Gosney, MD and Founder of Razzamataz. “It sounds cliché but for many of our students, Razzamataz is really such a big part of their life and can determine their future.”

Jessica Boyko aged 19 was a student at Razzamataz Carlisle for more than 12 years and is now studying a BA Hons in Dance at Dance City in Newcastle. She says: “Razzamataz made me believe in myself and showed me that everyone can achieve anything if they are willing to work hard and give 100%. Without Razzamataz Carlisle I don’t think I would be where I am today, it gave me so many opportunities, skills and most importantly belief in myself. I hope to become a dance teacher and maybe one day I can be the person that helps a shy young girl believe in herself too.”

The first members have just accepted their role with the Razzamataz All Stars Academy. They are looking forward to benefitting from a raft of special privileges including coaching sessions, invites to exclusive events and various financial incentives. They have all been selected on their commitment to the network and Razzamataz looks forward to them playing a more significant part in the growth of the business and supporting fellow franchisees.

“The benefit of joining a franchise includes the tried and tested systems, training and support from Head Office as well as the camaraderie and encouragement from others in the network,” adds Denise. “We feel this is an exciting opportunity for those franchisees who have plans to grow their business and want to benefit from the exceptional coaching and mentoring sessions we have planned.”

Franchising is an excellent route for people without previous business skills or experience. The Razzamataz tried and tested formula allows people to run their theatre schools with full support and training as Michael French, franchisee of Razzamataz Barnet explains: “I had absolutely no business experience but that it why I went down the franchise route. Understand the level of support you are going to receive. I can say, hand on heart, the level of support at Razzamataz is outstanding.”

Razzamataz franchisees come from all walks of life; some with a wealth of performing arts and teaching experience, others with absolutely none. The training and support offered at Razzamataz allows a wide range of people to join the network. All franchisees share a commitment to improve children’s lives through performing arts. Razzamataz offers excellent investment potential with franchisees reporting six figure turnover and 70% gross profit.
