NatWest EWIF Awards 2016

Every year EWIF hold an annual award ceremony designed to bring together the best women in the industry to celebrate their successes. The 2016 awards took place in central London on Tuesday 24th May at the NatWest Auditorium.

The 6th annual EWIF awards have been even bigger this year. We received a record number of award entries and having read through each and every one myself, I was extremely impressed with the achievements of so many women in our industry. It’s encouraging to see more and more women coming forward to recognise and celebrate their own achievements. Every year we see more women attend and enter the awards and it shows that our cause is continuing to gain traction and momentum,” Clive Sawyer, CEO of EWIF.

Caprice Bourret, 2016 keynote speaker

Caprice Bourret attended as the guest speaker this year to share her success story and inspire more women into business ownership.

As a business woman myself, it’s great to see an organisation such as EWIF offering so much support to women who are looking to get into business. Being a business owner opens up so many opportunities and being a part of EWIF gives women the opportunity to network and access the wider business and franchise worlds. I was so pleased to be asked to speak at the awards this year because I believe that our achievements should be celebrated. Many of the women I met at the event were very modest about their achievements but shouting about them not only boosts their own confidence, it gives their business a boost too!” Caprice Bourret, Founder, Designer and CEO of by Caprice Products.
