We are always looking for new Franchisees from a variety of backgrounds to join the McDonald’s family, with a long-term commitment to run successful businesses. We understand career changes can be both an exciting and daunting prospect, which is why we offer comprehensive support and training for our successful applicants, in order to assist them on their new business journey.

Ffion works for McDonald’s UK & Ireland as a Franchising Recruitment Officer. She has a desire to assist others in reaching their objectives and maximising their professional potential. In order for future Franchisees to begin their franchising journey with the brand, Ffion assists in the onboarding process and lays the groundwork for new Franchisees to begin their franchising journey with the company. Ffion supports in recruiting candidates and communicates the message about franchising with McDonald’s. She does this by collaborating with social media agencies and partaking in marketing opportunities throughout the year.
