At Rev PR, we’re experts at getting franchisors and their franchisees into the media. As well as doing the obvious digital PR and traditional media relations, we also create valuable content, such as blogs, newsletters and white papers, as well as writing award entries, managing social media and running franchisee grand openings.
We inspire audiences by building trust and raising awareness for franchise concepts, products and services. The result? Our clients reach the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

The main aim of the game, in most cases, is to support the franchise recruitment process by increasing the number of high-quality applicants and improving the conversion process. Franchisees use us for our vast network of media contacts and experience with creating memorable moments, both in person and online. We leverage both to boost their local business profile and increase sales.
No matter the client, we pride ourselves on representing each business as if it were our own. Rather than viewing us as an external agency, we act as our client’s in-house PR team. Crucially, we understand the unique relationship between a franchisor and its franchisees and the importance of ensuring brand quality, consistency and tone of voice network wide.
Who are we?
Sally Anne Butters and Lucy Archer launched Rev PR in 2015. Together, we’ve worked in franchising and PR for 40+ years. We recognised a market gap for a dedicated agency that truly understands franchising… and the rest, as they say, is history.
We call ourselves, ‘Team Rev’, and we mean it. We’re a bunch of people with different outlooks on life, varying ages and skillsets but we’re focused on one objective for our clients – produce great content and coverage which will help grow the brand.
Being Team Rev is our defining value as a business, living and breathing it, not just paying it lip-service and we’re fanatical about empowering our staff. To help them feel valued and appreciated, team members take ownership of and report their own wins and engage with clients daily. Our mantra: none of us is as strong as all of us. We’re so proud that we’ve built such a strong team over the years and maintained our culture throughout it all.
The number one reason we have a passion for our business and our industry is the ordinary men and women we speak to every day. Those who are changing their own lives, the lives of their families, their employees and their local communities, because they’ve been brave enough to start their own businesses through franchising. As an agency with two female founders, we’re understandably passionate about supporting and empowering women into business. Women make exceptional leaders, managers and mentors as is proven time and time again the world over. What many women lack, isn’t the skill or the desire to forge their own path as business owners, simply the confidence and community. That’s why EWIF is such an important part of the franchising landscape and we wholly support its mission.
By sponsoring the awards, we hope to play a small part in continuing to raise awareness of the incredible franchises in the UK, and the women who sit at the heart, and helm, of many of them.
