Award Sponsor - Rev PR

Franchisors are finding it harder and harder to meet good people to join their network. Our PR services raise awareness, build trust, and help fill up the pipeline.
Founded in 2015, Rev PR is a specialist franchise PR agency. From home grown start-ups to international giants, franchisors come to us for engaging, inspirational content that not only attracts prospects, but continues to drive them through the decision-making process.
We pride ourselves on representing your business as if it were our own. Rather than viewing us as an external agency, we act as your in-house PR team – even introducing ourselves to the media as such. Crucially, we understand the unique relationship between a franchisor and its franchisees and the importance of ensuring brand quality, consistency, and tone of voice network wide.

Co-founder of Rev PR, Lucy is a dedicated franchise professional with over a decade of experience. She is as Accredited PR Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), a member of the Public Relations and Communications Association and a BFA Qualified Franchise Professional.
Lucy has always been passionate about creative writing – she was a published poet by the age of 12! After studying, training, and working in various PR and Marketing roles, she fell into franchising quite by accident nearly 15 years ago – as so many people do! Lucy’s the first to admit she’s had an unusual career, though. As a graduate, she studied and qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians. “My mother always wanted me to be an accountant,” says Lucy. “But after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, she encouraged me instead to follow my dreams and pursue a career that I would truly love. And here I am.”
Why we’re sponsoring the EWiF awards
As an agency with two female founders, we’re understandably passionate about supporting and empowering women into business. Women make exceptional leaders, managers and mentors as is proven time and time again the world over. What many women lack, isn’t the skill or the desire to forge their own path as business owners, simply the confidence and community. That’s why EWIF is such an important part of the franchising landscape and we wholly support its mission.
By sponsoring the awards, we hope to play a small part in continuing to raise awareness of the incredible franchises in the UK, and the women who sit at the heart, and helm, of many of them. All this year’s finalists deserve their moment in the spotlight and to be recognised for their fantastic achievements – and we can’t wait to celebrate with the winners on the day! Visibility is key and if just one woman is inspired to take the next step in their journey as a result of this year’s programme, it will have been an astounding success.
